Rtvscan hung - screensave locked. Any alternate to unplugging system?
Do not want to power the thing down mid scan but it seems to be hung and the screensave is locked. The rtvscan is saying that "file.dll" is corrupted. When I click OK it goes to "file1.dll" is corrupted.

Does it keep going up to file2 etc...

Did NAV work before without problems?

Is this something you have run before without problems?

Do you know what may have caused issue?

    HI
It is look like spyware type and it should be remove from the computer.
So, please update the anti spyware like super anti spyware and scan your computer in the safe mode.
Then reboot your computer in the normal mode and if it comes in the start up then, go to the start , run, type the msconfig and start up then find out the file.dll entry and disable it.

This is an indication that the software itself has either become corrupt or the file is not present at all. Depending on the software, you can try to do a repair install which will correct this problem. IF a repair install is not available, you will need to uninstall the software completely, reboot and then reinstall the software.
