Ok, I have a situation on my hands. I was going to have meat loaf for dinner and now my fiancé has changed her mind and doesn't want it. What is something good and quick that can be made?

Chef Boy Ar Dee' meat ravioli in meat sauce... yeah it is in a can... but I love it with soft buttered rolls and a salad... just a suggestion, after all that's what we are here for.
