    Add to legal description
I filed a Warranty Deed in Orange Co. FL to transfer a timeshare to my Revocable Trust. The timeshare company says I did not include the full legal description of the property. Do I need to submit a new Warranty Deed for recording or may I amend/modify the previous deed?

Welcome to AMHD. You may want to use a 'Correction Warranty Deed". Have the timeshare review the deed before filing, and have it witnessed properly. Check this form: http://www.landmen.net/ClausesForms/...n_deed_ms.html
