Investment Visa (EB-5) can investment be in company name?
I am currently just thinking about investment visa. I have a concern and wondering about this.

I am knowledgeable about the requirements (capital, employment, other such). However, if I am going to be a member in a new LLC and use this for investment visa, can I make my company (100% owned by me) a member of this new LLC and still qualify for the EB-5?

Or do I have to have my individual name as a member or manager of the LLC?

    THANK YOU.

That would be the only way to invest. I would have any company in my personal name. As long as you are the owner and can show that you have invested the required funds and that the funds are legal you shouldn't have a problem. If you addidtional information you can contact me at [email protected]
