    Hi BethBaby,

You are obsessing over this guy. If you were my friend I would be concerned. What advice would you like?

Hun, you are more like obsessed with him than in love with him. You have to have a relationship with 2 people for love to happen. I too would be very worried about you if you were my friend, or even my daughter (I have a 15 year old).

    Hello Beth.

Thank you for being so honest about what's been going on. What are your feelings on this situation? Do you have any idea as to why this story has progressed to the point in which it is now?

I must tell you, I'm very concerned about the things you've been doing to idolize this boy. There is no doubt that this is a full-on obsession, and none of it is healthy. This really isn't about love; rather, it's about infatuation. Your age can certainly play its part in this, but I believe that the level to which it has been taken is not normal. I'm afraid that these actions will indeed continue to scare others away, and if this boy knew about your obsession, I'm quite sure that he'd be running in the other direction.

Exactly how well do you even know him?

Are your parents fully aware of what's been going on with you? If not, it's time to tell them. I think the best thing for you would be to start seeing a therapist who specializes in adolescents or obsession related behaviors. This is a problem that you can definitely fix, but you're going to need the right people and the right guidance to help you start living and acting normally again.
