    Adjusted basis limited partnership
    Form 1065 k-1 part II line L "Ending capital account". Is this your current basis?
    If not how is the basis determined when you sell?

    Not enough information. The capital account may or may not be your basis. There are too many exceptions for this question to provide useful advice on a forum such as this.
