    I don't disagree with a lot of what you said. I agree that the OP has to deal with situation she created for herself. But I also don't think she was treated completely fairly. According to her, the father had a 6 figure income almost 20 yrs ago. Yet pursued child support that was at the minimum (since she was unemployed). So I can understand her ire at the way she was treated. However, her method of dealing with it was the very wrong choice and is what has left her in her current situation.
