    Hi, B Chauvin!

What specifically will you be doing as far as cleaning these offices, please? Will you be supplying the cleaning supplies or will the customer? Also, it would help to know about your general location because rates will vary by location and also according to what you will be doing.

I'm going to let Stringer know about your thread here. He is an Expert in the cleaning biz and owns a very large cleaning company that's located in the Chicago, IL area. His advice is second to none and will be of great benefit to you.

If you would like some help in advertising and marketing your business, I can definitely help you there. Please let me know.

    Thanks!

    HI B Chauvin,

Please give me a starting point.

How much experience do you have in business in general and particularly as a BSC?

Are you going to offer carpet and hard floor care such as carpet cleaning and stripping and refinishing? The more basic services you can offer keeps the client from bringing in a competitor to do this work and possibly take the cleaning also.

Are you in the suburbs or in the city? Pricing varies; competition, union, etc...

Are you incorporated (suggest Sub S Corp... ), do you have liability insurance...

Also, there are other items such as plastic trash bags, etc... make sure that you understand exactly what the client is going to provide...

    Thanks,

    Stringer
