I recently wrote up here about some of the symptoms I was having after I had sex and I believed I could be pregnant but the tests came up negative, probably because I took them too soon? Well, just a few moments ago I felt some type of discharge and it was clear and when I went to wipe I saw pinkish blood does this mean I'm pregnant? Not to mention my period isn't due until march 4th.

It could be from implantation... or it could be from hormone changes since your period is coming up. If you had recent intercourse, it might be from that as well.
See what happens when you get to March 4... give it several extra days at least and if it doesn't show, try a test.

My periods are very regular and normal I have never seen blood before prior to my period, it's usually the day before I start that I see spotting. Also my fatigue is getting worse, I tend to fall asleep durin class and even at work I try to take a cat nap on my break. I do exercise daily but I've never been this exhausted.

Periods can change once in awhile. Someone might be very regular for several years, like clock work, then there can be slight changes... or major changes depending on the situation.
Since your period is getting close, if you wanted, you could try another test several days before, but you will often get more accurate results if you wait and see whether your period shows up.
