It all depends on your cycle.

How old are you? Have you ever been on any birth control? And, if so, what kind and for how long?

This is all important information so that I may give you an accurate timeline.

The textbook rule is that it is 14 days from the beginning of your LMP. This is just textbook, meaning that you would have a 28 day cycle.

Do not be surprised or upset if it takes 6 months to a year to become pregnant because there is actually only an 18 hour window each month for us women to be at our most fertile when the sprem can actually fertalize the egg.

No, not at all. Once you ovulate, which is once a month, your egg is only viable for 24 hours. That is true from the day that you begin your period at age 12 or 13 or so until you reach menopause.

You only have 18 hours per month that the egg has the ability to be healthily fertilized.
