The charge is now a felony FTA because you skipped on the first charge, which was selling alcohol to minors. I cannot find any supporting documentation that states it's a felony to sell alcohol to minors; all I can find is citations being issued, nobody gets arrested.

After reading this, I'm seriously beginning to think this is a troll. First it started as he skipped out on court, then it turns into him being a felon on the run, now he's threatenin suicide?

A life sentence? Give me a break.

My charge of a Felony FTA is not for sale of alcohol to a minor its for B&E, Petty Larceny, and for Failure To Appear in court in W.Va.

Okie doke... now we know. You screwed yourself over royally by breaking the law, then ignoring the courtdates that were scheduled for you.

Get your story straight the next time.

Yes that's right all those counts were ran concurrently with each other, why you say it can't be done?

Because you're a habitual offender. If that's the honest to God truth, that prosecuting attorney should be shot.

This is a weird one. I'm also starting to think troll, but the level of detail gives me pause. I have trouble believing that WV would not want to send someone to AL to pick up a 3 timer, especially with this record.

There is also another issue. The OP posted another thread (which I removed for its racist overtones), in which he claimed to have called the police because a store wouldn't give him a refund on a cell phone. Can anyone imagine such an habitual criminal calling the police?

No, but I can imagine someone with nothing better to do sitting around, making up stories and then posting them on an advice website.

You know, I've always wanted to be First Assistant to the Easter Bunny. When you're through working on this improbable situation, could you help me with the Easter Bunny thing?

And that is when most likely you can get a new one, No there is no state that will issue you one,
And anytime you are stopped by the police the warrant will show up and you can get held again pending them to decide again if they will. You can be stopped and held pending a decission dozens of times.

But then on the other hand, they can't hold you for more than 1 hour to decide. After that if they decide to keep you the other state is suppose to come after you.

Look I am not perfect, I have totally learned from my mistakes, and I have been living in Alabama for 3 years, with no major trouble aside from a few minor traffic tickets, and that sale of alcohol incedent( by the way it was a sting operation by the local and state police force). I just want to live my life peacefully and quietly, I was just trying to reach out for some info on my current predictament, no matter how bad it is, I am not going to resort to crime ever again whatever the reason.

Except you haven't paid your debt for your previous crimes yet, so you don't get to just start over and be good from now on.

EVERYONE facing a long jail term wants a do over and just be good from now on. No one in prison is there planning on getting out and returning to a life of crime. Of course many of them do, but when asked, no one WANTS to go back to being a scumbag.

Pay your debt to society and THEN talk about being an upstanding citizen.

    With a drivers license.

If you don't have a drivers license how did any traffic stop end up in just a "minor" traffic ticket, it would have been driving without a license, and not a minor issue.

But yes, you will be on the "run" and have trouble getting a good job, renting a good apartment because of a criminal record
