    License for photography?
I need to know if I need a license to charge for my photography. I do photography on my own for a hobby, but some friends are really interested and some others are wanting me to do their pictures. I don't plan on doing this for a job per say... its just something I do in my spare time. Thanks.

No, you do not need a license per say. If you make over a certain amount however you will need to claim it as income on your taxes.

Other than that, shoot, have fun, and make some money!
