    Escrow account
My apartment which I moved into August 08 was damaged by heat pipes breaking from cold the second week of December, then by major leak around windows from ice and rain. Half my apartment has been unusable . Landlord keeps telling me they will fix but soon will be three months. I want to put the rent in escrow. Not sure how to go about this. Can I put it in an account in bank? I live in western Pa. Please help. Thanks Bry
