    The question then becomes is the failure because of under-regulation as I keep on hearing... or is it sufficient regulations but insufficient or incompetent oversight of existing laws ? I kind of think it's the later . I've seen the gvt in operation for many years and I'm not impressed.

    I've thought about this situation during the day and what I would like to have done is say, "Excuse me, Congressman, I have better things to do on the taxpayers' dime; invite me back when you have learned some manners."
