Hello. 1st timer so please bear with me. My lmp was Jan 11, 2009 & my cycle is usually 28 days. I figured I'd ovulate around Jan 25th and my next period s/b Feb 8th. Bf & I had sex on Jan 23rd-26th. Well on Feb 5th I had light cramping. I never cramp before AF is actually here. On Feb 6th I went to rr & when I wiped there was a clear discharge on the tissue with a tiny spec of blood in it. No spotting or anything else the rest of the day. On the 7th I went to the rr & only when I'd wipe there would be watery pinkish/red & brownish blood with mucus on the tissue. As the day went on I had to put a pad on but the flow was light nothing about this bleeding was like my normal period. The red blood turned to a fresh red color & the brownish blood continued also. On the 8th (day AF due) the blood was a dark red & redish/brown like I've never seen before. Lateron it turned period red and has been that color until now Feb 10th. I took an hpt this morning & it was negative. Is it to soon to test? Could this be implantation bleeding or AF? This is making me anxious. My 1st pregnancy ended in m/c in Jan 08 so I am so hoping to have a little real soon. Please advise

It could be from a pregnancy or just an off period. Maybe try another test at the end of this week. If still negative, wait until your period is due in March and see what happens. If you can't stand the wait until then... I know it is hard... go ahead and try another test after another week or so.
