    Addicted to energy drinks
Well.. I can't go one day without at least one can of energy drink, I fell happier when I drink one, it doesn't get me hyper or anything. Just why am I addicted to it?

Also; is it bad for my health?

If it helps I'm 15, 16 in April

Most energy drinks are loaded with caffeine. They aren't as healthy as they are made out to be.

They're addictive because they have a lot of caffeine in them and yes, they are bad for your health if you drink too many because of all the sugar and caffeine and then they make you crash.

All of a sudden, a wave of exhaustion will hit you and you'll feel like and sometimes you'll have mood swings.

Certain foods and vitamins can help with energy. My boyfriend used to take vivrin (a caffiene pill similar to no-doze) he has been taking these for months and does not use the pills anymore...

I would definitely try to stop the addiction. You can get addicted to caffeine just like you can get addicted to drugs and alcohol, so maybe you can just drink juice and water instead?
