    Product, price, place and promotion

    Product-Dry cleaning service
    Price - Research competitive prices
    Place - Research the best location
    Promotion - business flyers, local newspaper, car decals, charity you name it!

    I'm not positive, but I believe that they are asking about a cleaning service (homes or commercial). The difference would apply in some cases.

    I think he wants to know about the four p's... what else could you possibly tell a person who wants that broad of marketing advice picture.

    There is a lot more than 'the four P's' my friend that is why Clough has asked him for more information...
