    My Motorcycle and HBSC
I have a 2004 Suzuki SV 650 that I bought in January of 2005 and it hasn't moved from my garage in four years. I stopped making payments on it to HSBC four years ago and do not have the title. They have the title. When purchased I was given a suzuki credit cart with a limit of 8000 $ and that is how I purchased the bike. I couldn't make the payments got behind and now four years have gone by. Its unregistered as well. WHAT DO I DO? WHAT CAN I DO?

You also have a contract and security interest under state law. The contract may be unenforcealbe after so many years, 6 - 20, probably. But the security interest never expires, as far as I am aware. If you plan to keep the bike, you may want to see an attorney about clearing the title.
