H1 Transfer - Please help me
I am a New Jersey Resident.
I have H-1B visa (direct employee full time) from October 2005.I worked till March 2006.
I got my H-1B visa transferred to another consultancy in Februar 2006.
Till August 2006 I have no pay slips as I am not working.
How is it going to affect the tax returns at the end of the year?
Is there any limitation on the wages?Do I end up paying any fine?
How is my visa going to be affected?
I am looking out to work now.
Please answer me as soon as possible.

I don't think doing tax returns is related to your validity of your visa. Do the tax return per the numbers. The validity of your visa has its own rules irrespective of the tax laws and whether/how you have completed your tax returns.
