    Stomach workout
I am around 185lbs and about 6-2 or 6-3 feet tall

I want to get a firmer and flatter stomach

Not necessarily 6pack abs but that would be great

But what can I do to get this?

Do I burn the fat first or what please help...

Hey u've misunderstood what I sadi.I didn't say u'll become fatter by exercising.
I said if you stop doing crunches u'll develop greater flabs .
i.e.. u shouldn't stop doing it after you get a flatter ab.

Having visible abs is about having low body fat. You need to reduce your kcal intake and/or exercise more.
