Here is a link to your other posts. Are you running a business of fixing furnaces and using us as a sounding board so we can tell you how to repair them? You had problems with your one furnace before now you are having problems with to more different ones? Very strange indeed.

Thanks for the reply with question. No I am not running any business but I have 3 apartment for rent and that is why I am in trouble because who ever is coming is giving different opinions and asking about changing the unit which are only 2-3 years old. But if you don't want to give answer that's fine I just wanted to know the area of problem. Thanks anyway.

Better start charging more for your rentals, so you can afford to have a tech come in and fix your problems. If you could give detailed problem. And had a knowledge of working with these type of things, then we may be able to help. Other than that, you are wasting not only our time, but your time also. I believe you will find rentals to be quite time and money consuming if you are not handy at keeping them up yourself.

I have a baso L62AA-5 pilot switch and it used to keep resetting. I would hold the switch down for a good minute and the gas lights, but after a half an hour or so it would go back to its reset position. The standing pilot light was always on and never a problem. After a few days of manually...

First no air, now air is warm [ 4 Answers ]

We had power issues a couple of days ago from Tropical Storm Ernesto, and I heard the AC go off during one of the power blips.
