    Bad back
    Hello everyone

    I am seeking help for my back which I strained 2 years back at the gym. I loose my balance more now, there's pain if I sit too long or work out. Is there any way to strenthen it? I did therapy for a little while and gave up.. im not sure why. Btw I'm 21.

    Can you tell me if this is your lower back especially? 4th and 5th lumbar? It's OK if you don't know that for sure. If it's lower back, that's good enough. It's just a little more helpful to know, if you do, which is affected. Usually 4th and 5th lumbar. Do you have sciatica? Pain down your rear and back of the thigh?

    Yes... its pain in the lower back area. I used to have pain in down in the back and thigh area. The pain down the leg is gone and only back pain resides.
