    Hi, kannankutty!

    That would depend on the kind of company it is as well as the type of position that a person might have in the company.

    If you would provide some additional information about those things, I would be helpful to those of us who come along to address your question.

    A couple of things that I can think of, in answer to your question, would be to work toward the goals established by the management and/or owners of the company and to make myself indispensable to the company in striving to work as a team in order to achieve those goals as set forth by the management and/or owners.
