    I want to move with my brother,does he need guardianship?
    I may be moving with my brother in Virginia, but my parents live in New York, I am underage and I want to finish High School by them, my parents are happy to let me go, is it possible for me to attend high school there?

    Yes, he needs guardianship, but it should not be too difficult to obtain if all parties are supportive of it.
