I've problem with my facial skin, that it gets hot and afterwards I get small pimples,it happens whenever I've stress. In this situation I splash my face with cold water and it gives me temporary relief. I hate this burning sensation:(:(:( I've been to the dermatologist but it didn't help. I'm here to ask you experts, what can be done in this situation?

I'm Asian indian skin tone, my skin type is Normal to dry with acne on my forehead and neck(sometimes on my cheeks as well).

Help! I will be very thankfull.

I think u need to consult some good dermatologist, as there is one my student named KIRAN and we are compatriots and she too, and she also - even during this extremely winter season- is often found to move a handfan, while sitting in my classroom, which is there at my home and she is always HOT, not only physically but otherwise too, but lets not talk about otherwise... and what is the solution is for experts again to say,.
