    Blotchy skin
    When I get nervous, embarressed, upset, angry, or some other type of emotion or just if my skin gets really hot... my skin gets this red blotchy rash type of thing. Why does does this happen... I don't know anyone else that has this problem.. is there anyway of stopping this??

    Emotional stress, depression and anxiety can play a role in this skin condition. Try to breath deeply and relax. The body reacts stress/anxiety, and if your relaxed, the symptoms will not appear. If you're concerned about it, consult a dermatologist.

    Yeah I know that if I relax it goes away.. but slowly... but sometimes I don't even know that it happens. For example my mum and me were just talking about lots of stuff... and I got up and looked into the mirror and my chest was all blotchy I don't know why?? I'm confused. I asked mum about a dermatologist and she said that it wasn't that serious...

whenever I get hit or scratched, or bitten to hard, that area of my skin where is occurred gets red and then I get a white raised bump ( of skin) in the senter or along the redness. It goes away in minutes but still highly unattractive. What can I do to prevent this?? Sum 1 email me help....
