    Judgement in Florida
    I have a judgement from Florida and now I live in ny state. Can they still garnish my wages?

    Some states do not allow wage garnishments BUT will allow a levy against your bank accounts. Check your state laws

    Fr_Chuck is right a judgement is vaild anywhere. I quess I read the question to fast!
