    Vanadium vs Zinc
    V3+(aq) is colored and can behave as a reducing agent, whereas Zn2+(aq) is not colored and does not behave as a reducing agent. Outline its reasoning.

    I do not see any reasoning here, so there is nothing to outline.

    That V3+(aq) is colored and can behave as a reducing agent is a statement.
    That Zn2+(aq) is not colored and does not behave as a reducing agent is also a statement.
