    How am I not going to talk to my ex when we have a child
    o.k I know there is a no contact for 30 days... but we have a child together.. and she seeing someone... I want to be back with her.. we been together for 7 yrs and broke up for 3 months...

    So use a third party for all contact, for visits have someone else do the pick up and delivery.

    But it is harder, remember it does not really matter what you want, since she does not want it, it can not happen.
    You have to start thinking and planning on moving on.

    Do you have a formal child custody agreement in place, if not that is your first move

    Handle your business with respect to your child, as far as child support, and visitation. The rest is irrelevant at this point.

    o.k I meant to say I know there is a no contact rule... but I call my child every night to say goodnight.. is that .ok
