    My HP m7334n freezes up?
My computer freezes up after a few minutes after startup. It doesn't do it if the hd is working hard like if I have a movie running off it or I am scanning for viruses. Other wise it will make a clicking noise(one click) and it dies. You can still move the cursor around and stuff but can't do anything. I have done many tests and such and did a recovery and defragged. I have also run The Ultimate Boot cd and it mentions something about wind up and wind down but I don't fully understand it. There is also a motherboard BIOS update from hp that looks like it could maybe fix the problem but I haven't been able to download it properly. It also starts up on its own sometimes. Thanks for reading.
