    Man... this really stinks. Nothing should make him feel inferior and depressed like this.

    From where I'm standing, an anonymous "tip" would be a good idea...

    ... but on the other hand, the people that are harassing him would think that he had reported them...

    They need one of those Sexual Harassment seminars like in The Office! LOL! :)

    I think it does need to be reported - ideally, it would be by him, but in any case, it should be dealt with.

    Exactly my thoughts. And actually I was thinking of that office episode too. LOL. I really don't want those guys to think my brother reported them. I wonder if there's a way around that.

    Are they doing it in a public area? I mean, could the HR person *just happen* to catch them while they are harassing him??

    I don't know...

    You also have the issue that if HE doesn't do it, HE'S not standing up for himself, but just waiting for the issue to go away...
