    Protein bar scandal?
I have heard some talk about protein bars and how more than half of them LIE about the suppliment facts of their bar such as amount of fat, sat fat and other facts. Does anyone know any "trustworthy" protein bars out there that can assure me I am getting what I think I bought?

First of all, at your age you really need to be careful about your amount of protein intake, such as shakes and bars, and the combination of the two. At 15 years you should be getting enough protein in your diet instead of relying on these supplements. As stated in a previous post, too much protein intake can result in Adult Onset Diabetes.

The protein bar I know best of is the Cliff Bar. BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE!! Too much is very dangerous! Just like everything else you must use it in moderation.
