You should talk to your mom about it, and get some help for this.

In my opinon yes, you're headed for anerexia

It's really good that you're noticing that you're headed into some trouble.. that shows a good sign that you might battle this..

You NEED to talk to your mom about this or at least an adult that you trust..

If you let this get out of hand it can RUIN your life..

Don't start your life out like this.. please please get help!

Try writing a letter, sometimes it makes saying difficult things easier.

How do you feel except for this?

    What happened at school before?

You are not fat you just think you are. It is easier sometimes to place your unhappy feelings on something physical- like your thighs rather than face up to what is making you unhappy.

I know I do it myself. If I'm stressed about a report I'll look in the mirror and see swathes of belly fat. It's not there, its in my head. But it is easier in a way to criticize myself in a way I feel I can change.

It isn't healthy and it doesn't work in the long run. That is why you need to ask an adult for help.

Asking people for help can sometimes be the harderst part, I know. But you've started on here - you are half way there!

    That's good!

You are lucky that you are self aware enough to realise it is not a good path to go down. I have had a couple of anorexic and bulemic friends, it is not nice disease. Please stay strong and try to have fun with your life!

You really should go and see the school counselor if you have one... they will probably have to tell your parents but they will let you know. I am older than you but I have a similar problem. My friend dragged me to the counselor - he told me he had to ring my mother and it was easier for him to tell my mother than it would have been foe me to tell her.

It is really important that you tell someone unless you like the idea of being in hospital pretty much force fed.
