    Maryland state law
    I was wondering what the Maryland state probation laws were. Like what the law is about leaving the state and things like that.

    Each probation will depend on the exact conditions the judge puts on them, and the level of probation and even what they are on probation for. The Probation officer should discuss this with you at the first meeting.

    But normally you can not leave state without permission of the PO.
