    I have a Tempstar Heater.The fan blows.no heat.
    Here are the model / serial numbers...

    Model #... NDGE075RF01 867.768362

    SERIAL #.. L912350186

    My gas is on and we tried turning the thing off. My brother in law said that before there should be a clicking sound before the gas ignites...

    NO clicking sound... just blowing out air... not sure what to do...

    Any ideas... please help.. it is damn cold here... we are going to freeze tonight...

    A little more information is needed. You will need to look in the unit and find the circuit board. Then see how many blinks/flashes it is showing. Look on the blower door at the blink/flash schedule and post what it is saying. This will help us to figure where the problem might be located. Then we can further advise.
