    Enforcing divorce decree
My son is in his 3rd year of college. My divorce decree states that his father will be responsible for his college loans. Would you think that this means that after graduation, his father will have to take over all his college loans? I am just thinking about it, and want to make sure I am clear on it.. Thanks

Were the student loans taken out in the fathers name? If he is to be financially responsible for them, he should have taken them out in his name so as not to effect the credit of your son once payments are required.
