    How do you check if .
    Hello, My company is currently going under some changes, and I was planning on changing the name. How do I check if the company is regisetered or not? So I can know if I am safe of changing to this particular name.

    If you are in the States then you will have to check with your State to "clear" the name you want to use. All registered businesses are there with the State.
