    They got me pretty pumped all day.. . so much so that I am heading to the gym.

    ... to be honest, the Egyptians and the Romans would have been pretty upset at me if I told them, "I have the option of eating myself to death. I can have chicken, beef, and seafood. Instead, I'm going to eat a small plate of leaves and fruits, and then afterwards, I'm going to lift random heavy objects to burn any excess energy I may have. These heavy objects I'm lifting...I'm not lifting them up anywhere; it's not to build a house or any sort. I'm going to lift it up, bring it down, lift it up, and bring it down."

    ... it goes against humanity.
