    Divorice
    I Left My Husband A Year Ago And Want A Divorice. I Lost My Job And We Own Our Home, He Lives There And I Am In An Apartment. What Can I Do To Have Rights To Our Home After The Divorice?

    Depending on where you are at, the judge may order that the home be sold and that the assets be split 50/50.

    During the divorce the court will decide who keeps what, you will do a property settlement, so the house may have to be sold and the money divided, he may get the hosue, you may get the house.
