    Number of items on a single circuit
    1) Can I put 5 GFCI outlets on a 15 AMP breaker?
    2) Can I put (1) ceiling fan, (3) outlets, (1) refrigerator, and a vent hood on a 15 amp circuit?

    1) Yes. If you want.
    2) Depends. NO, the refer cannot be on with those other things. If the receptacles are in any kitchen related room they cannot be mixed with lighting.

    So #2 is unanswerable as asked. We need more details.
