    Honeywell - RTH230B
Does anyone have the wiring specifications for the Honeywell - RTH230B thermostat for heating and air-conditioning? My old (analog) thermostat doesn't have wiring that matches even thou it is in a house only one year old.

I can't pull up the link you provided.

I have a carrier heat pump (not multi-stage). I just bought the RTH230B. We have 6 wires coming out of the wall - Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange, White. The RTH230B has a place for 5 wires - Rh, Rc, Y, G, W. We tried hooking the red up and jumpering the Rh & Rc together, as suggested on multiple web pages. Any suggestions?
