    What is a star, define it ? Does the moon meet those requirements ?

    It is impossibal to difine a star because it's so far away it's just looks like a shiny rock to us

    Sorry no, all stars can be defined as a sun, a planet or a moon, they are defied and named and labeled.

    This isn't quite right Chuck. The Sun is our star. Stars are giant luminous balls of plasma. While it's true that people call Venus the Evening Star, we actually catalogue "celestial bodies", some of which are stars and some of which are planets/moons/asteroids etc.
