    -94 is a form that is also known as arrival/departure record. It is a form that is handed to any nonimmigrant/non-US citizen who is legally entering the USA. If you are travelling by plane, then the plane steward/stewardess will hand it to you prior to landing.

    You will fill it out and submit it at the port of entry. It will be stamped with the date of entry and the last day that you are allowed to stay here. It will be stapled to your passport, and on the day of your depature, it should be surrendered (if leaving by plane, it should be surrendered at the airline counter).

    You need to take good care of your passport with I-94. It is the proof that you entered the US legally. In case your passport is stolen, here is a link that will be helpful
