I have 2 harolred apple tree for 3 years now and one has never blossomed and the other one has only produced one apple. Is it because trees are still young or is there a problem thanks Eva ::)

    apple trees
    Hi Eva,

I planted one Harolred apple tree 9 years ago. I got a good crop in year 7 and it looks like another good year this year. Unfortunately I was in Thailand in year 7 so I was not able to harvest any of the apples myself. I don't recall any apples or blossoms, to speak of, the other years.

I do have 5 other apple trees (different varieties) that I planted in my yard at the same time. Their results are not much better. They are all semi-dwarf.

By the way can you tell me where I can find a description of the Harolred apple? I seem to have lost any description and I don't know where to look for information. A Google search only gave your post.

    Thanks,
    Gary
