    I need out
    Hello I have no children from my wife and no property to share I have no income and she gets checks from the state for bipolar.
    I need out and I need to know the cost for a divorce with these situations.

    Any help? Thanks:confused:

    I don't know where you live but you should try your county courthouse, they typically can offer some legal assistance. For uncontested divorces usually the only costs are filing fees.

    If she will sign the divorce paper work, you can even do the forms online, for 200 or less,
    You can find para legal in many places for about 400 or less.

    If she will not agree to sig for divorce, then it will cost a lot more
