    Cuban coming through Canada
    I am a Cuban who traveled legally to Canada, after that I decided to come to US and asked for political Asylum, at the border I was granted to a parole visa for 3 months, my question is if I have any rights to stay in USA or should I be send I back to Canada?

    Not recommend.. if you want to proceed, retain an immigration attorney... a real good one.
