How to go about sueing countrywide home loans
After 30 months of daily reminders of a missed payment to countrywide home loan, company found the two lost payments and all they can say is sorry. Wrecked credit, fighting between husband and wife at the point of separtion. We feel this needs to be addressed and we want to sue. We had an lawyer and they did pay the bill of 260.00 a month ago. We don't want to run up a other bill with him.we want to know if we have a leg to stand on. Thank-you ?

First do not call Countrywide Home Laons, request an accounting for this loan, never call them, put everything in writing and instruct them to tdo the same. You need to create a paper trail of all contact with them.
