Every time I read the phrase "Colon Blow" my cheeks clench, and I am a-talking those cheeks too! Keep this up and I will lose my "Miss Manners As An Aging Hippie" official membership card!

You think you got problems, I'm about to lose my membership to the "I got out of COSTCO for under $100.00" club! All because of this COLON BLOW! Thing. I stopped clenching my cheeks days ago... too sore!

DON'T USE IT AS FACE CREAM!!

Take it from my experience. The other night while on here I had the bottle out to give Josh the website. I put the bottle away and forgot to wash my hands.

BIG MISTAKE!! I rubbed my finger over my top lip and began to regret it immediately. BTW my hubby eats this stuff, not me. No never me, no way , unh unh!

Yes, it's funny how food can become intertwined with that. There is just something about a marsciano cherry placed in just the right location to start a feeding frenzy!

While laying down on the couch to watch TV, I fill my naval with salt and dip my celery in it. Not a good idea if you have an outtie. Also, remove all belly button lint prior to filling with salt. This post has given me the idea to try it with hot sauce. I'll give it a go and get back with you.
