General ideas I've used in the past:

• Texted the picture(s) to my email address instead of another phone
• Bluetooth them to you computer (if it has Bluetooth, too)
• Install the program that came with your phone on your computer and connect the phone to the computer with the cable they provide/purchase separately; use the software to move things around
