    Semi- Formal Sadies?
    HELP-
I'm clueless in the world of fashion, to me a clean pair of jeans a nice rodeo shirt it dressed up.

My sadies dance at school this year is themed Semi Formal *black and white*
So we need to where a semi formal outfit that is black and white(or just black or white) I'm thinking of a short-ish dress, but I'm not sure,

I'm 5' 1" C cup, weigh probably around 130. So something not supper tight, and not supper short, but not super long.

My date will probably end up wearing a pair of slacks or kakhis (hopefully I can get him out of jeans) nice white shirt, and a white cowboy hat.

    HELP!!

Unless this is too summery and not right for the season, something like this should be fine.. possibly even a little longer:
Madison Marcus Silk V Neck Dress at Pink Mascara

    Dress it up with shoes.

If you're not so happy with the first dress, you might prefer something like this in black:
Dresses - Together Dip Dye Dress :: EziBuy (Australia)

You need to shop around to pick up a bargain. I found a designer black dress similar to the first one above for only AUD$80 that I've had for years... I wore it to a formal function just the other evening and it still looks great. Once you find a black dress that fits you well, it can last forever.

Shoes and jewellery can dramatically change the look of the dress.

How far away is the dance?

LOL! Do not try to walk the 10 miles in stilettos! Otherwise, you have plenty of time to find a dress before 14 November. There are zillions to choose from and you'll find something you like.

    Lol
Yeah I did, I borrowed a friends black dress, and instead of going to the dance, *a buncha drama came up* My date and me had dinner at my house, as planned then went to the lake and danced on the shore, then watched the stars and had s'mores ( I brought jeans to change into) it was fun... MUCH more fun than the dance, I heard the DJ SUCK!
